Cutting the strings

David, Brent and I took a step outside of the Sundance film scene and into a regular old local movie theater tonight to see No Strings Attached, starring Ashton Kutcher and Natalie Portman. It was a nice change of pace. We’ve seen a lot of great films here at Sundance, but a lot of them have left us feeling cold, depressed, disturbed and generally unhappy. This one didn’t. The three of us laughed almost the whole time and we all enjoyed the film immensely. We ended the night with some ice cream and a trip to the jacuzzi back at the house. All in all, it was a great “day off.”
